| a - usually the ones available in the morning or at least a substantial amount of time before the race b - the name says it all - prices available on course when the pre-race betting opens - movements are pretty quick in some cases due to the woight of money c - ditto b - live prices are the ones available just before the race |

| So you can say that: a.Early prices are 2-3 hours before race (or more) B. On course prices are when horses are in the "field" and preparing for the race , lets say last 10-15 minutes before the start. c. live show are the same as above in cace B (and not the last price just before the off , these are SP prices) Am i right? |

| a. Correct. Early morning moves are when the big firms cut a price before the bastards have layed it . Look at oddschecker.com. Don't get 'early prices' confused with 'ante-post' prices. Ante-post prices can be taken months before an event takes place. If your 'early price' horse doesn't run, you get your money back. If your ante-post horse doesn't run, you will lose your money. b. On course prices these days are up on the boards immediately after the race before has been run. So you have roughly half an hour to get what you want. c. Same thing as b.
