Spreadfair Urgent Help please

I just sold England 1st innings runs £1 @ 430.

It came up on their system as £6 @ 1.

Obviously this leaves me with a huge liability that I shouldn't have, as I know for a fact that I did not place the bet that they say I did.

I've e-mailed them, so I'll see what they say, but just wondering what I can do if they refuse to admit their error.

Ok, phoned them up + they said they'd cancel it, so we'll see what happens.

All sorted. Good customer service too (as long as you use the phone, not e-mail).

Be careful when you use them to make sure that they actually place the bets that you request though, as this even came up on the confirmation screen as £1 @ 430, so didn't give me any warning that it would place the wrong bet.

You got screenshots of what you saw before dave ?

It's just I remember my first bet at Spreadfair, and it doesn't quite appear as you think it would, but the bet was correct.

Always best to use the telephone for urgent queries though.

No, but I know I put in what I said I did. Might be worth taking screenshots though incase it happens again

It wasn't my first bet btw.

All of my previous bets had been £1, so obviously I'm not going to type £6 suddenly, and I'm hardly going to sell England's runs @ 1 when they were already 340+.

I can see what you mean, but I made sure I knew how it all worked before I stareted using it in the first place.
