| Hello guys/girls. I have a HUGE problem with Sportingbet. Saturday I've made 3 deposits from my Moneybookers account to the Croatian version of Sportingbet (hr.sportingbet.com). The first deposit was fine, but the later 2 gave me an error. The problem is that the money WAS deducted from my MB account, but it wasn't added to my SPB account. I've sent a mail immediately (Saturday) to the administration of the Croatian site (administracija@sportingbet.com) and I had no answer until now. Then I've sent another 2 mails this morning, one to administracija@sportingbet.com again, and one to the administration of the main SPB site (admin@sportingbet.com) and still no response from both. I've also sent a mail to Moneybookers, but guess, no answer at all! ![]() I'm really afraid I could lose my money without my fault (and is not a small amount for me!). I cannot believe no one is answering me, NO ONE! It's clearly some problem on SPB, but I cannot do anything, just pray someone will answer my e-mails, but after 3 days I'm losing my fate they will answer. The bad thing is that the Croatian version of SPB doesn't have the live chat anymore (don't know why) so I cannot contact anyone. I've made a live contact on the main SPB site, but the operator said it cannot help me because it cannot access my account on hr.sportingbet.com (but only the accounts on sportingbet.com). Does someone had similar problems? I don't want to lose my money without my fault. On MB is clearly visible that the transactions were processed (and the money deducted) and on SPB is clearly visible that the money wasn't added (no transactions reported). But as I said today is the 3rd day that NO ONE answered any of my mails! Is possible that they don't read them?! A mail saying "Dear user, we will check the problem and let you know in few days" would be enough for now. But nothing. No answer(s), of any kind. And my money seems lost. ![]() If someone can give me a good advice of any kind it would be nice, because I'm really sad of this situation. ![]() |

| Problem resolved. Finally I've found a great guy on the live chat and he resolved my problem. The problem was that my e-mail address on SPB was different then my Moneybookers address. Good to know for the future. ![]() Case closed. ![]() |
