Premierbet & Celebpoker

I had a few quid with Premierbet when they were alive a while back and wasn't too happy when they went bust and I lost some dosh
Now to add insult to injury it appears that Celebpoker have somehow managed to get hold of the account information I had with Premierbet and are spamming me.
How do I know? I use a service called sneakemail.com to combat spam and I'm able to use a unique email address for everything I sign up for, so I can tell very easily when a company shares my address without me knowing
So this begs the question, did Premierbet make one last effort to piss people off by flogging our email addresses to someone before they went bust, and more worryingly are Celebpoker flouting data privacy laws by using email address's gotten in an underhand manner for marketing. Indeed is there some relationship between Celebpoker & Premierbet?

Anyone else experienced this/got any ideas what can be done about it?

Interesting. I've been getting emails from celeb, been wandering where they'd got my email addy from. Dunno if there's anything you can do about it.

Only just seen this - I too received an email from celebpoker which quoted my username in it and I have never opened an account there. And yes I too had an account with Premierbet.

Not sure if there's anything we can do about it and indeed I haven't received anymore emails since the one I got on the 15th Jan...
