Luckyace Casino - Caution, Be Warned

Can I ask, does the weight that this place holds extend to the casinos and non payment of earned bonuses?

Deposited $200.00 converted into £104.00 the other day and was promptly credited with $200.00 bonus.

Played through well over $4,000 in blackjack (thus meeting the t&c's) and attempted to withdraw balance of $358.00. Bear in mind this is a sister site of 888 who are hardly a new or unknown company.

After being requested documentation to prove who I was I received another email today advisign they had reviewed my accoutn and that I had been abusing bonuses.

My account had been terminated & my initial stake to be returned. Then a big don't ever come back placed around my head!

I have emailed them to ask just what exactly I have done wrong after going through all oh what I had done in step by step instructions but funny enough no reply is forthcoming as yet.

I spoke to livechat who said they couldn't discuss the matter at all and that I would have to email which I have of course already done.

Do these casinos ever go on pl blacklist and does pl (Paul) hold any weight with them?

Looking at their t&c's it is quite vague towards the end and just vague enough for them to get away with this crap!

Quick update on this is that i'm not the only one to have received such emails today.

Seems the casino got crushed from bonus players and is looking for excuses not to pay.

Called them tonight but as not their ops dept wouldn't discuss anything with me and said I had to wait for an emailed reply to the response I had already sent.

If the result is still unsatisfactory I am advised to threaten them with casinomeister and gibraltar who host their software and regulate the business. Should hopefully make them sit up and take notice but as always i'll update.

Cheers for this. I've got the guy who referred me over there on the case already as he apparently has contacts within. Believes it should all be sorted as just an exercise of damage limitation on their part. Other forums are also noting this with luckyace at the moment so it's not just me.

In any case it's good to know that there are people out there willing to help if need be.

Worst comes to the worst on this and I will contact him.

Hate when I notice so many typos hours after I post

Anyway a quick update here is that I called them on advice to do so and their telephone staff were most unhelpful and could not/would not discuss anything saying that due to the sensitive nature I would have to wait for ops dept to get back to me as only they made decisions on this.

Current situ is that I am waiting to hear back before threatening them with public exposure as well reporting to the gibraltar regulators.

Make a threat and be serious, tell them that you gonna say everything to SBR - sportsbook review. It`s illegal what they`ve done.
