Just looked at Paddy Power website and found an interesting bet for horse or dog racing where you can make a selection to either finish in the first 2 or first 3 to count as a winner, the only difference is its at reduced odds, but hey, a winner is a winner!!!
Anybody tried this bet?

Isn't this very similar to place betting on Betfair? Nothing special IMO, doubt the odds will be very generous and closely monitored to avoid a big hit.
