Default help/advice needed on playtech cash grab - confused!!

I'm new here.... hello

if an online company credits my betting account manually and the figure is in error in my favour, am I at liberty to keep the funds if I don't declare them, or at some point when they realise their mistake can they just demand it back again?

What would be the problem in me just moving the funds out of my online account into my bank, and would they still be able to grant a right over this money at some future point and demand it back?

Does anyone know the timescale this would apply to? i.e how long would need to pass before they COULDN'T ask me to repay it?

Sounds slightly immoral but it's their mistake and I just want to know where I stand legally!!!

Thanks for any help - appreciated.

How would you feel if the online company never gave you enough money?

If you withdraw the money it's the chance you take between an error on your behalf, or fraud on your behalf. If they can prove you knew the payment was too large, and took it, it's fraud.

So, you either leave it in there and don't worry about it, or you take it out and wait for the phone call
