As far as im aware, all the major bookmakers allow you to do this.

I have only ever experienced 1 that never (Olympic Sports) and was shocked that I could only withdraw what I initially deposited in to the site.

Im a member of Ladbrokes, William Hill, SkyBet, BlueSq, Paddy Power, Betfair that I can think of, and they all allow this.

Default Darlo.

Did you get the Olympic Sports problem sorted?

I joined up too. You have to withdraw the same amount as your original deposit. i.e - if you put in 30 then your first withdrawl has to be 30. You can then withdraw whatever you want after you have done this.

I was later emailed from them telling me that they hadnt made it clear in there first email (which is the one I posted on the PL below) and that I had to withdraw the same as I deposited and you could only withdraw winnings via Western Union or cheque.

I cant do Western Union and the cheque could take 4 weeks to arrive they said.

It was only about £6 so I just gambled it on a massive long shot. It makes you wonder why they dont mention these little things on there website though.

Wouldnt dream of using them again.
