Now, onto the point and let me say firstly i really dont care that the money, this one is about principles.

OK, well i made a deposit and put down a bet for 75 Euros - the 1st bet that should be matched with a 100% bonus.
After few minutes i said what the heck and put down another bet - 25 Euro one - deposited only 100 Euros because of nice bonus offer, so thats a 2nd bet - which is not entitled to any bonus...

And the story so far. Because the 2nd bet was settled before the 1st bet, they gave me only 25 Euro bonus instead of promoted 100% bonus on first bet, so the 75 Euro one, which i believe i am entitled to.

So, what i need to know. Am i really blind and cant see, that the Centrebet people are offering the bonus on first settled bet or is the promoted bonus for the 1st bet.

I cant figure that one out. Anyway...the money plays no importance here, as i said, all is turning around 50 Euros which i believe im still entitled to, but the priniciples and the fact i believe that they dont respect their offer has pissed me off.

So if there is anybody out there which can see in the above scopied text that they are right, i beg them to say so.

I'd have to say this looks pretty cut and dried in your favour here Expert.
It makes no mention of first settled bet being the one the bonus applies to therefore any reasonable person would assume it is the first bet placed.
I am quite surprised by this as I have had a couple of dealings with their customer services and had found them very helpful.

These are the only two things I can see that might be affecting your bonus, though even the first thing shouldn't apply.

First let me say that is taken out of the context for terms and conditions for first free bet - and this fact is important..terms FOR FIRST FREE BET and not the bet that is decided first - so its like i would use my first bet for longterm bet, lets say NHL Stanley cup winners - i would be entitled to my bonus in June, when the NHL ends.

2nd - yes the odds on the first bet were on evens (2.00 to be exact)...

Cant PM you as you need at least 50 messages on the forum to use that particular function. But probably people at Centrebet know me pretty well by now (btw: looks that theyre ignoring me), as i sent over 10 e-mails in span of one day..last message was an explanation how dumb i am ive got from Sally the supervisor - around 24 hours ago. To quote the email:

After the intervention of PL boss - Paul Ross and Derek from Centrebet, the "Centrebet case" is now settled - got the rest of the bonus on my account. More important as the money is the fact that i was right in this matter - which is far more rewarding as the money.

Anyway im sure things wouldnt got settled without the intervention of PL` s Paul and Centrebets Derek. So guys, a big thanks goes for both of you.
