I registered with Bwin, formerly known as Bet and win a few weeks back, placed a bet that won and withdrew the initial deposit and the winnings from the bet through Moneybookers, the money arrived after one week. A few days ago I deposited again and placed another bet that also won, when I tried to log in on their site it said my account had been disabled and that I had to contact their customer service. I send them an e-mail asking why they have disabled my account and am awaiting their reply, I wonder why they did this. I have registered and played with quite a few bookies lately and never had a problem with any of them. ![]()

I think I figured out why they closed my account, I just went to my Moneybookers account and saw that they paid me my first withdrawal twice, once at 5.53 pm and again at 5.54 pm on the 9th of August. I got an automated e-mail from Moneybookers at the time saying that Bwin had paid, I checked to see if it was the correct amount, but I didn“t notice that they paid me twice. They must have found out about their mistake and then locked my account to recover the money they had accidently sent too much. The way it is now I only lose 3 Euro, so I am very relieved about this. I think it is their fault though because they paid me twice, I will send them an e-mail explaining this.

I got a mail from them on the 17th of August saying they had reopened my account. I went to their site and could log in ok, they had confiscated the money they had accidently send me too much. So now everything is fine again. Just an unlucky situation I guess, because they paid me my withdrawal twice instead of once.

BWIN have a reputation for dishonesty, not paying out on some winning bets. They have lost their German License and two Co-Directors were arrested in France 3 days ago for inquiries. Are you sure you wish to deposit your cash there? ![]()
