Regardless of him being a cheat (anyone care to elaborate how ?) or not, bwin would stiff him anyway. Deja-vu.

On a side note - any book accepting Webmoney as a form of deposit, a payment system notorious for being a honeypot of scammers, is doing that to have a free hand to stiff anyone they don't like. Bwin being a pioneer as always.

I dont entirely understand the circumstances for your own particular situation. but if everything is in order on your part the payout of your account should be possible eventually.
even if your account is closeed bwin should payout the balance of the account
Keep in communication with bwin to try and resolve the issue

provide them your photo ID, any security question, and answer.
Can you prove the despoits/withdrawals made into your account?? .screenshots of bank transactions...this should all help
can you give them proof of your bwin account balance?

I do not know on каой to the reason for me have closed the account and refuse to pay the rest on the account. They do not inform the reason. They simply are engaged in swindle concerning players from the CIS countries. My case not unique.

I cannot come on the account-it is blocked. How I can give the proof of mine bwin the rest on the account?

Can you at least say more about the account? It might help someone to help you. How long did you have the account? How big were the bets? What sort of things were you betting on? Did you provide them with security documents or anything? Could there be a problem with any of the details you provided?

Hi - haven't posted for a while but couldn't let this baby go.

Personally i would bet about 1/20 that this guy knowingly placed a cheating bet (almost certainly in play) on volleyball or tennis or something. I work in the industry and trade in play all week and in my experience the Eastern Europeans would sell their Grans to have you over on a "race to 5 points" bet or similar - ANYTHING they can get an edge on and cheat. He probably sat on their console all week just waiting for that one rick (we have plenty of those little bastads!) and then pounced for a max stake bet and then starts when he is not paid out on an event that has already finished. Happens all the time, its great for them cos it really is a no lose situation, they either get voided or paid out! Obviously it would result in the account being closed but they've got so many dodgy bank cards over there they'll have a new bonus abusing account on the go within hours lol.

I maybe wrong but i doubt it.
