I don't quite understand why they have closed your account, and if they have, all funds should be legitimately transfered into your bank account. Have you attempted any wrong doing with your account? They maybe acting on this. I'd give them a phone call, and find out that why. Letters and emails are hard to go by imo. Talking to someone is better.

You would be surprised how many e-mails, PM's etc he has to deal with. Many with the most stupid requests and queeries. Unfortunately, he does have to read most of them...

People often look for the lazy way out rather than go and do some work themselves. Almost all NEVER think of phoning a company but assume e-mail is monitored 24 hours. Then they come on here and start moaning/complaining, expect help, yet never in any way contribute to the forum in any shape or form. Never say thanks for effort or help and then promptly fcuk off never to be seen again.
