As bad as Bet and Win evidently are, I think you should remove the blacklist on the front page.

The reason being, it states it will be updated when the customer is settled, and now it appears he has been settled, and you are leaving yourself open legally I would guess under those terms.

Only speaking as a PL member, and I do not even have a B&W account and have no plans to open one!!

i just have a small say here.dont get greedy,i know betfair and all other sites have better odds and so on,but i had 4 bookies open,and on three of them my balance is zero-0.why?just dont trust them...my main bookie is gamebookers,i know smaller odds then most,but with a huge B ON THE BEGINNING,they always pay!and isnt that the most important thing?u win,u loose,and u win again,and u have great feeling when u win,so why u have to worry about getting your money back?????for 4 weeks?are they crazy?right now i have more then 12k euro in my gamebookers account,and i will take 10k out,will se how they react to that,and maybe i will open another therad like this who knows,but so far i had never problem with them...

Really? How did you do that? I know GB very well, and they never let me to win over 5000 euros one account, they always cut my stakes. Or do you play combos and you had lucky once?

Glad to see these cheating scum getting the bad press that they deserve I myself have had a winning bet cancelled and given no reason for doing so.
Punters out there take the warning and avoid at all costs.
They may do allot of in running events but Bet365 have started to match on that front and you don't have to worry about getting paid out unlike Bet and Cancel

Stay away from BWIN busterds. Those German fascist won't pay you single penny. Half of their money is spend to promote their website - call it marketing. Rest ends up in CEO bank account. Payouts doesn't exist at bwin. Dont be fool - stay away from Bwin (betandwin). I recommend Bodog. They will payout however you want, no matter how did you deposit. They will process your transfer fast. Hope i helped you.

since betting became a huge business,people like Paul Ross should have a dedicated newspaper,where everyone approaching betting should be informed about what's going on and about bookmakers,guys,bookmakers like bwin,eurobet,globet and even bet365("live" stories...)do not really care if we blacklist them,because they perfectly know that if we do avoid them,it's a pleasure for them,not dealing with prof gamblers;so what we should do it's advertise solod86 stories thru main newspapers,because the "poor and inexpert" man on the street doesn't take a look to PL,and he's the main target for them:easy to "robber" because inexpert and fashioned by a nice bwin layout website...or just because bwin is written everywhere...!!!
