Default Re: Bwin.com 3500 euros do not pay, not explaining the reasons

Hello dear support team bwin
My username is solod86, on November 19th on my account I had 3575,46 euro. I had extracted 3500 euro from my account. You had asked me to send a copy of my ID for ID verification which I had sent to you after which I had found out that my account was closed, on my numerous letters you replied only on the 24th of November which stated:

“Dear Mr Solod,

Thank you for your e-mail.

We apologise for the delay in our response.

Your Bwin account has been closed by our financial department due to security reasons and will remain closed.

As per our terms and conditions, which you had indiacted that you had read and accepted when you first registered, staes the following:

"The company reserves the right to exclude users from participating in any of the games of bwin International Ltd. at its discretion."

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Kind regards,

Your bwin support team”

In my reply I agreed that you have the wrights to close my account when ever you like but you have no wrights to confiscate my money. And I asked for an explanation why you have closed my account and why you are not willing to give me back my money.

In response you wrote:

Dear Mr Solod,

Thank you for your e-mail.
As we have already mentioned to you in our previous e-mails, your account has been closed by our financial department due to security reasons and will remain closed. Unfortunately, we cannot give out more information regarding this matter.
Please find the relevant extracts below of our terms and conditions:

""The company reserves the right to exclude users from participating in any of the games of bwin International Ltd. at its discretion.""

""The company reserves the right to rectify obvious errors when preparing account balances. The company will inform the respective users of the corrections immediately.""
You can view our terms and conditions by clicking on the link "Help", located on our website.

We now feel we have answered your questions fully and we regard this matter as closed, therefore we are not willing to disscuss this matter any further.

Kind regards,

Your bwin support team

In my reply I asked to be shown some evidence of my fraud activity or some prove of obvious errors:

Dear Sirs,
my username is solod86.
You have locked my account. You have not paid to me money belonging to me.
Your explanations is:
1.""The company reserves the right to exclude users from participating in any of the games of bwin International Ltd. at its discretion.""
2.""The company reserves the right to rectify obvious errors when preparing account balances. The company will inform the respective users of the corrections immediately.""
************************************************** *********************
1.You have really the right to give up to me in games Bwin, but you cannot give up thus in the payment, taking place on my account.
2.You have not specified a concrete case that I made set of a bets, and all of them erroneous? I demand to specify particularly a case of "obvious errors when preparing account balances"
If this rectify obvious errors such obvious why you do not specify them to me.
And why it Is absolute not obvious to me.
Best Regards
Vitalii Solod

Your answer to my email shocked me, I was astonished by it. Your next answer showed that at bwin.com are working everybody except professionals.

Dear Mr. Solod,

Thank you for your e-mail.

Your account has been closed by our financial department due to security reasons and will remain closed. Unfortunately, we cannot give out more information regarding this matter.

Your initial deposit of 50 euros has been paid back to your Visa card.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

For a whole week (from December 1st till December 7th) I’ve emailing and calling your customers support service trying to get reasonable answers to my questions. For a whole week your financial department was looking for a reason not to pay back my money.
I also was doing everything possible to get my money back, so I asked for help at some websites and forums. On one of those forums I found some great people who wished to help me. After talking to some of those people, your company yesterday, agreed to pay back all of my money.

Dear Mr Solod,

Senior management have taken the decision to payout the remaining balance of your Bwin account, of 3.525,46 Euros to your Visa card.

The funds should be available for you within the next few working days.

Kind regards,

Your bwin support team

I thought that finally after 17 days of dispute I will receive my money, but my joy appeared to be before time, as today I received another letter from your company in which your financial department had invented a new reason not to pay me:

Уважаемый г-н Солод,

Хотим сообщить Вам, что после окончательной проверки было принято решение не производить выплаты остатка Вашего игрового счета, так как выигранная Вами сумма была получена c нарушением наших основных правил и положений.

Best regards……..

I have attached that screenshot (file1) you have sent to me. I want to point your attention that I have registered on August 11th 2006 and there was written nothing about that only Spanish residents are eligible for that bonus.
I won’t argue with you about this statement on your Spanish page (even If I strongly believe that this statement appeared a few days ago). I have registered on bwin.com from this link https://www.bwin.com/Default.aspx?pid=967, AND I HAVE REGISTERED ON THE ENGLISH PAGE OF YOUR SITE, and there is written nothing about only Spanish residents are eligible for the bonus (I have attached the screenshot of that page file2). And even now you can access that webpage and see your self that I’m not laying.
One more thing, there is written nothing about sanctions against non Spanish residents getting he bonus, especially there is written nothing about confiscating money from non Spanish residents. I wasn’t laying when I registered on your site, I wrote that I’m from Republic of Moldova, I didn’t ask you for the bonus you gave it your self!!!! You are building all of your accusations towards myself on terms and conditions of your website, please show me where it is written in your terms and conditions that you are allowed to confiscate my money because of an ostensible mistake while giving up bonuses although I got my bonus 100% legally???
Now I have realized that you don’t like winners, and whenever someone is winning you are trying to find a dozen on stupid and ridiculous reasons not to pay them money. I want everybody to find out my story and to find out that bwin.com are swindlers. But I will not refuse to fight for my money and for the truth. I will even take to court bwin.com if there will be such a necessity.

Sorry for any inconvenience
But you’ll have to pay me my money!!!

Vitalii Solod

ok as i spend the last 30 mins or so reading all the posts i now understand whats hapenin, sorry but have to say it,u will never get your money back.and the reason?simply u have not deposit a cent with bwin, and thats it.some bookies will accept it and give u your money, some wont.coz the trick is here, they give u 50 euro, and they hope u will loose them right away so u will deposit your own money.but if u r good as u obviously are, then they have right to give u only 50 euro from whatever the winnings u can have.maybe u understand i hope u do,coz it wont help nothing, coz it is their policy.gbookers, betfair, bwin and all of the so called free bets no deposit required are the same.unless u deposit some euro u wont get s....

gl

p.s. i hope i am wrong but u r not the first case of this crazynes and as far as i can remember no one got their all winnings, and of course i hope that paul can help u!

Solod,

Did you withdraw your 50 Euro deposit before staking the bonus five times and you deposit once? In other words, did you stake 300 Euro before you received any money from them?

To the Management of Bwin.com,

You have until 5pm Thursday for that money (detailed below) and here http://www.punterslounge.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39357&page=3 to be returned to his account.

If not, be sure you will be blacklisted across our network of sites, front page and headline news - no longer will you get away with this.

5pm...........the clock is ticking.......and 13,000 active gamblers will see exactly what you are.

Regards

Paul Ross

I still think they should be blacklisted to be honest. You gave then a deadline and they missed it. Its not the first time either is it. In the interests of protecting our members I think there should be something in the forum warning people about this outfit.

That's a good shout actually, I'll create a blacklist thread and add them to it, along with the cases so far, but let everyone know they have been settled, although with a very big push.

Bwin is my main booker. Best overview, biggest offer. But that Story shocked me. Paul I knew that you´re a good guy - it´s a great story and the winner is Solod - great.

Bwin haven´t the highest odds - but I wouldn´t start the "Who´s the best Booker" Thread....

Congratulation Solod - enjoy your time with 3.500 Euro
