Boylesports STAY FAR AWAY !!!

I opened account on Boylesports few days ago,
then i deposited 50 euros, and I have won in single bet.
Then I sent them all my documents (scaned card, ID card) because of
eventual withdraw money.
Then the `fun` begins....

FIRST they respond and tell me that system that they are using can NOT open `rar` files (I archive packed my pictures).
OK , then ....So I unpack pictures and send them.

SECOND response.... System can not read PICTURES..... what ....
I`m thinking ....do you have stone age computers or CIA program with hi-end protection against terorist-virus-trojan-hacking-aliens .......

They told me ,system read only PDF format files.
OK... I converted ALL pictures to PDF format (not so easy)

My next step....I sent them ALL PDF format documents.

THIRD response...listen to this.
They found that my ID card, scaned VISA ,my telephone bill IS NOT GOOD for them, so they ask me to send them my PASSPORT scaned.

OK....I`m scaning ...AGAIN... (btw. my passport date came out over month ago, but I did not get a new one... NOT A CRIME , i think)
I sent them my passport.

4th response...
beacuse my passport date is out ,they can not finish my account, so they BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT !!!

My next step .... I spend all my money on Boylesport by losing my bet.

I contact them ,and tell them that I can not get a new passport just for them, and asked them if I can send them some other document with picture ( Drivers License ....)

5th response....
They told me OK ,send us DRIVERSE LICENSE, and BANK document confirming your full adress.

SCANNING AGAIN...
Converting to PDF....
Sending....
Waiting for 24 h.....

RESPONSE again I stop counting, and this is original:

Unfortunately your account will remain suspended pending this documentation .Upon receipt of this documentation I will then re-submit your C.A Statement.

CONCLUSION = DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT AT BOYLESPORTS

I have opened and verified several accounts at many bookies,
and NO ONE was this hard for talking and I send them documunts like I was planing trip to space or Mars, or like I was to be hired for work at CIA, FBI or MI6 .
And one more thing WHY DID THEY MADE ME SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH SCANING ALL DOCUMENTS, CONVERTING AND SENDING when they just don`t listen.....

I stopped defending these twats on 5th of July this year. The same day as I uninstalled all their software of my P.C. and closed my sportsbook account.

A person on Betfair H.R. forum started a thread about Boylesports a couple of days ago, but as it's Betfair, he had to call it 'Spoilsports'

It lasted under an hour before it was removed by mods.

Fitz what happened to you with Boylesports?

I posted a while back about the fact they didn't accept visa electron cards, but I must admit I have never heard anything untoward about them, although that could just be naivety on my behalf of course.

Maybe I just give bookmakers the benefit of the doubt on too many occasions, still, I am genuinely interested to hear what the problem was you had with them.

Dule82, I suppose Fitz's answer may blow my theory to pieces, but in the meantime, can you think of any reason why they may wish to be causing you problems, or why they may want to retain your funds?

What is your country of residence? That can also (rightly or wrongly) be a major factor in these issues.

Either way, good luck if you deserve it.

They don`t wana cause me problems, but they just don`t listen or they are stupid ....I was speaking English with them ,not alien language...

I`m from Serbia (Europe) , and I did not see any problem with them when I deposited my money... they accepted it in seconds...
