Boylesports - dont bother - won just over £500 over 90 bets, then banned online

been with them for approx 4 months and made just over £500 in all that time in 90 bets (so not a big staker, some £5 to £10 EW on horses and the odd £50 win bet on footy singles)

this week I tried to place a £50 single and bet got stopped, didnt think much of and placed it on Betfair, then the other day tried a £10 EW horse bet again not allowed, contacted online customer services, who assured me no restrictions had been placed on my account and it was the market in question both times

today tried a £1 EW bet on a horse and again the same problem, so phoned the trading department and now they have changed their story and is as follows

the 'traders' will only accept me to call in every time on every bet, no matter how big or small , the bloke on the phone quoted £1000 bet ( I have never, ever placed these sorts of ammounts on a bet!!)

they cant tell me the reason why and when or if this will stop

this is an online bookies on oddschecker, so whats the point of them being on there

I asked if it was because I had finally won some £££ the weekend ( the 1st time the account had actually been in profit!!) and again they could not tell me

so anyone considering joining, just dont bother, frustrating thing is it will now take me past the weekend to get my £££ back so that I can open another online account

I had the same problem. I had hardly won anything with them, didn't even get my free bet on and was banned online. Been told there are no notes on my account and no restriction yet I tried to place a £1 as a test and was refused.

thats what really gets me, why cant they just give an answer

For any bet you are guaranteed to be paid on Betfair. In my opinion, it's not worth the hassle of gaining an extra fraction to be fcuked about by other bookies.

I phoned Corals (not my account, a bookie I worked for) a few months ago to back three dogs in doubles and trebles at Romford. The operator wanted to cut the stakes immediately. I asked if the results at Romford were dodgy and he asked what I meant by that. I told him (as if he didn't know) that his firm owned Romford Stadium, and and asked if they were knocking me back because these dogs were definitely going to win. He said ' No' so I said 'Why cut my stakes then?' He had no answer.
