Sorry to interrupt this Bet365 lovefest
Why do you have to imply some kind of hidden agenda here? Is it too difficult to believe that these are just ordinary punters truthfully relating their own experiences?

Bet 365 - superb, answer emails quickly , send me nice diary's every year !

Hills - use their high street shops in Tiverton and Exeter frequently. You are OK if you can work out the return you should get !, but the branch at Tiverton has short paid me no fewer than 7 times in the last year (I would estimate 1 in 3 times). Ive also been short changed at Exeter twice. Ive also been over paid a couple of times ! They need to go back for some training.

Ladbrokes - friendly and really exceptionally knowledgable, especially like their keenness to run books on local events, e.g they often run books on Tiverton Town matches.

Corrals - Always always always run out of weekend football forms unless you get to the Exeter branch at the same time as the postie !

Stanley Racing - this is usually the shop I go to for my big stakes and as long as you dont mind passive smoking in every branch I go to they are friendly, traditional and exceptional value...but God do you choke of the smoke in the West Country branches !

Big stakes???!!!! Your having a giraffe!!

I used to work in ther as a relief manager. Their like any other bookies. Will take a decent bet as long aws their not the best price over that particular selection....

Say hi to Terry & Gary asuming their still in situ...

it's all relative isn't it ? what is a big stake to one person is peanuts to another...that is what is so great about punters lounge, people rarely talk about actual cash...however most know that the floor limit in the high street is in the low hundreds ,not thousands and believe me that is one hell of a stake to me...I usually deal in tenners not bankers drafts, but I would never say how much exactly. !!!! I dont believe that I have ever been solely responsible for changing odds at a bookies, but I do know of someone on this lounge who bets in high hundreds every week. I also know of someone on the lounge who bets less than a fiver every week, but their respective views are just as important to me.

Arian, you already have thread in which you have asked this question. You will soon find out the limits when you reach them.

Please try and keep this thread on topic, i.e. customer service and your experiences thereof. Thanks.

The best has to be Hills, their livechat facility & all round service is spot on.

Bet 365 come a close second in my book, they're also friendly and eager to help.

The Worst for me is Ladbrokes & Victor Chadler, very slow and hard to get hold of them in a hurry!

Default Customer Service

I posted a thread in here on Friday about Stan James. More than 48 hours later, I have yet to receive a reply to an email I sent to their Customer Service.

I'm trying to update my accounts before the season starts so I've had dealings with a few bookies recently....Victor Chandlers were particularly helpful regarding a problem I had with my account...very quick to reply to email.

Bet365 are very good. Gave me a £5 free bet once as I couldnt make a deposit in time to place a bet as there site was playing up.

Paddy Power are also excellent and very fast.

I know its not one of those mentioned but Olympic Sports are terrible.
I had to email them a dozen times to get an answer, it was more like being in a chat room with them and there one line replies.
I ended up getting an email from the boss explaining my query in detail after the muppet I was speaking too didnt have a clue.

SkyBetVegas was poor aswell. I emailed them about a login problem I have but they didnt ever reply.

Bet365, Canbet, Centrebet and Pinnacle Sports all have excellent customer service.

Internet1X2 is by far the worst book I've ever tried with regard to customer service. They've never answered any of my emails in less than 24 hours...
