bluesq lock my account

i had send many many email to support@bluesq.com

but can not received their nothing reply

They did this to me a while ago when I hadn't used the account for ages and my card had ran out. One email to customer services sorted it quickly

I have sent from hotmail before and have got a reply fine...

Use hotmail mate, or phone them the number is freephone (0800) that should sort it out.
