| Because they are an exchange they actually prosper from your business win or lose. Thanks for the warning though, those shady characters who run the world's second largest betting exchange (where they have probably never scammed anyone) are surely running for the Hills now that you have uncovered their true identity as a boiler room scam!

| Have found Betdaq far better to deal with than BF tbh, the latter seem to be generally totally unreasonable in most dealings I've had with them to be honest, and absolutely no need for it. If the Daq wanted a machine readable passport why not just send it, I did the same for Centrebet an Aussie bookie, a bit of an inconvenience but it tends to be the case when you are betting from foreign lands. No need to run them down on here, at least they are not going to nick large proportions of your winnings if you get most of your bets up, don't forget alot of BF's offers to new customers are now being paid for by money they have controversially pocketed from winning payouts, so you could say it is dirty money in a way. Personally I would recommend Betdaq as a decent alternative to BF if you dont like having your winnings half inched, but alot depends on what markets you play clearly as it tends to cater mostly for the popular markets rather than the fringe ones. | i my country is still in use old passport non machine readable untill 1 january 2010 so they asked that because they know i probably dont have the new one yet,and as i mentioned they acctivated my account and my friernd account after we send them old passport so its clear that they dont want to payout free bets as they claiming ,bf is far better bookie for serious beting,Betdaq is child playgroung comparing with bf.markets are no liquid, less live matches, less matches in offer general and no free bets so they sucks honestly. |

i had same sort of problem with SportingBet a few weeks back, different circumstances but same result, offering me a free bet then not giving me the bet,if you have followed every condition asked of you and even provided ID,i dont know how they can justify not giving you any offer they have advertised to tout extra buisness, as i have posted in other topic, i believe this is different from everyday betting disputes,IMO this is false advertising and should be looked at by trading standards, i know i will never place a bet with SportingBet ,i will just be sticking to the top UK bookies and Betfair from now on, once bitten twice shy. | I have nothing bad to say about betdaq . This email from a year ago . My mistake was that i didn't count Moneybookers fee . So my deposit was bellow £25.00 RE: {GBE#}£25 Free Bet
Dear Mr K*******, Thank you for your recent e-mail. You didn't quite meet the terms and conditions for the free bet, however, as a gesture of goodwill, I will credit your account with the free bet for you because you were fairly close to meeting the requirements. If I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me.
