Beteurope.com - Help/Advice needed

I noticed an earlier thread on Beteurope.com and thought maybe somebody can help here.

I opened an account about 6 weeks ago with beteurope.com and got my free bonus ok. I placed the required number of bets etc, and winnings has been credited to my account - no probs.

The problem is when it comes to Withdrawing funds. First of all its pending for ages, and then finally after about a week, I was e-mailed to say that they need further documents from me in order to complete the withdrawal. They want a Photo ID card, copies of my credit card (front and back) and a bank account statement all faxed or posted to them before they will complete the pay-out.

This seems excessive for me, as no other on-line betting companies ask for this, and all I want is the money returned to the same credit card I used to make my initial deposit (which required no documentation etc!)

Also they are not contactable by phone at all!

Im just wondering if anybody else has used beteurope and what their experiences are?

Has anybody else provided them with that documentation and got paid out ok? As you can imagine Im a little nervous in sending them all that documentation.

Any help/advice greatly appreciated.

Many other companies require this documentation before authorising withdrawals. It is generally in the terms and conditions. Due to their unethical marketing I decided to give this one a swerve, despite the offers of free bets.

Might be an idea to come here and ask questions before taking out a new account next time. Hopefully if you produce the required documentation you will get paid. This is fairly common practice with non-U.K bookmakers.

Btw, if there is alredy a thread on a subject you wish to discuss could you use that please. That way all information on the same subject is kept together.

It just seems a hell of a lot of information, which obviously could be used inappropriately which is why Im concerned.

Has anybody provided Beteurope with thes documents and been paid successfully without any problems?

In the other thread there is a johngiles who appears to be having more difficulty, he is not getting any response, never mind a request for documents.

Has anyone faxed / emailed photo ID + card details to this company and received any funds?
