| OK i need any help on offer that Punters Lounge as a collcective force can instill on Betandwin I have 4 Betandwin accounts, Betandwin Playit Beteurope Betoto which were opened years ago and used regularly throughtout that time, no problems Other day i went to log into Playit, and message come up saying account disabled and to contact support i sent email, asking what was happening. They responsed that under there terms and conditions only 1 account is allowed. They have let the Beteurope username account to remain open( of course the one with lowest balance) and have subsequently disabled the other 3 accounts, cant log in. Prior to me emailing them, it was only the Playit account that was disabled, but after emailing them, they have gone ahead and disabled betandwin, betoto accounts. Now i cant use my usernames to log in and request withdrawals from the disbaled accounts What can i do to request payments from the 3 account balances they have disabled. Help... |

| Phew JB1979. So PlayIT are the only online bookmaker that I've ever had serious problems with and it took a 6 month battle with them to recover my money after they disabled my accounts in a similar fashion to the way you describe. As you're a respected member round here I would suggest dropping Paul Ross a PM if you believe you've currently exhausted your lines of attack. I assume you have requested the funds from your closed accounts by E-mail ? Or is it a case of you not knowing exactly what you've got in those accounts and so not having a complete picture of what to request ? Whatever, you'll need to get your status completely tied down so that Paul can effectively turn those thumb screws. Good Luck. ![]() |

| Thanks for some support. I`ll give Bwin 1 week to payout my accounts, before requesting any offical support/help on offer. As it stands at the moment i sent email requesting the 3 disabled account to be paid out, so we`ll see what happens. Hopefully i will get some response back informing what they want from me, and how it will be actioned. I know to around the nearest hundred the total sums involved, but i`ve got no proof of the account balances, no screen shots or prints off. I do hope im just panicking over nothing here, getting that email from them really woke me up. I`m hoping they should be OK to pay once they realise whats happened. I think the operative has must have mistakely interpreted that only allowed 1 bwin group account as a whole. Rather than seeing that there is 4 seperate unique accounts held for the old Playit,Betoto,Beteurope, Betandwin accounts, opened years ago |

| Can someone have a look over this before i send it off the Bwin Support; will this suffice to get payment Further to my previous email requesting the withdrawal of my Betoto, Playit, and Betandwin username account balances, please find further information to support the withdrawal request Unique seperate accounts were opened approximately 5 years ago for each of the sites; Betandwin, Playit, Beteurope, Betoto Each seperate account has been open throughout this period of time and used regularly with no problems Each of these sites operate independantly, they function in threre own right seperately No multiple accounts are held for any of these sites. I have one unique account per each unique website company . I request the full payout of the balances, for each of the accounts held for the usernames and website companies detailed below Betandwin; Username xxxxxx Playit; Username xxxxxx Betoto Username xxxxxx Currently i cannot log into the the accounts to a request a withdrawal as you have just changed the status to disabled. Therefore please detail where i should my request for full payout of the accounts and any other information required to process the transactions. I have photo ID; Drivers licence for identification purposes. Regards XXXXX |

| update, well after 3 weeks have got 1 accout paid out, the big one of multiple thousands. as was just about writing the money off as forever gone so this is big bonus for me. now that account rather than being blocked is closed, immediatley on payout out they sent email saying account is nowclosed, due to security risks identified by there finincial team, but by there the terms of there operating conditons are not allowed to disclose why the reason. 1 down 2 accounts to go, |

| final update bwin paid out the other 3 accounts playit,beteurope, and betandwin after a couple of weeks of email diaglouge. around 2.5k main factor i feel which helped was all accounts were in order, had seccurity questions and answers and ID tallied up ok for the accounts. There was slight mis-understanding over recognising one of the accounts but this was cleared up by prooving that stakes for this account had been limited to £1 and identified some of the last bets placed on the account, to show it wasnt the account they thought it was. funds now safe in bank i must applaud the fact the company continued with there communciations with me regrading the accounts to enable payout to proceed. |
