Ok, I've had various correspondence from Rafalek and 10Bet today and I don't believe 10Bet in the slightest.

They have a chance to get this sorted, that deadline is 24 hours or I'm going to do everything I can to make sure this company gets mullered on every site possible.

10bet is the biggest joke, no doubt about it.
I just did the search (10 bet) on SRB forum . WOW looks like Rafalek is not the only one who got f***ed there is a lot of other people .Very interesting read .I don't wanna cut and paste .
They treataccounts the way they feel. And if you win they will close your account/steal your money .They are known to change your password ,that way you can't log in , and they don't reply to your emails.They cancel winning bets, it's a usual business for them.


Lets advertise them 10bet thief bookmaker .

To be honest, it's one of the more complicated cases I've dealt with, however I would like to thank Shalom at 10Bet for dealing with this.

Firstly Paul, fair play to you sir, once again you have been successful at something you wake up every day and try to be successful at. Without making a big song and dance, fair play to you man, I bet you sleep well at night.

I must admit though, it scares me a bit if the allegations originally made have some kind of substance. It sounds to me that you have enough reason to know or believe rafalek to be a genuine character, otherwise you just wouldn't take up some case for ''some unknown Polish bloke'' as such.

Are we allowed to know on here what their explanation was for the losing bets that were placed on that account was, I appreciate you may not be able to discuss that - but if you are then I am intrigued.

I honestly think it would take weeks to investigate this case properly, such is the mess.

You are right in that I know Rafalek to be a genuine guy and that's why I helped him.

As for their explanation, 10Bet didn't admit liability, so of course there isn't one, but I suppose you don't fcuk with a forum the size of PL at the end of the day.

I don't enjoy sending the emails and heated conversations on the phone, but it is part of my job here and I take it seriously.

now im pretty heated still from my money going into thin air with them! the way it works, is once its declined, it remains declined, iv bet with them before and they had never done this... simply because within the 5-10 minutes they look to re-take the bet a goal has gone in or something happens to change the situation of the match.

Now since sunday i have been requesting my withdrawal to moneybookers and said can you please process it asap, i need the funds as a matter of urgency (which i did) and yesterday after the 6th email i get the following reply.

i then asked why in 4 countless emails yesterday, to get a reply today... saying

I mean what on earth are they on?on te 10/05/08 my balance was 0. i deposited £200 via moneybookers and since then have had that as my only deposit/withdrawal method! WHERE DID THEY GET THE CREDIT CARD FROM!!

You'd think the point of live betting is you can take a bet at that point in time and if a bookie doesn't want the bet (dangerous situation or simply whichever team has the ball) it's a simple NO.
