10 Bet customer service no good - The Punters Lounge

Guys, just wanna share my experience for recent joining 10bet, customer service really bad, and since i sign up, I never be able to deposit by my VISA card...asked them to fix the problem, but takes 5 days still not fixed...

Never had a problem depositing with them, or any bookie. Not sure why there would be a problem, most are more than happy to take your money off you.

Can only ask the normal things, are you entering the right details? Are you in a country they accept bets from?
