the punter status is something that was set up by ollie - the owner of the board - which basically sees your punter status change the more posts you make. mug is first and i think it changes at 50 or a 100 to....not sure actually! i am one of the board moderators so i get to be called 'moderating punter'. once you have a 1,000 posts you can request your own status subject to a few conditions
