Horse Racing Form Guides - The Punters Lounge

The 'Massey' site gives the information I'm looking for BUT not all of the days races are freely available.

The information I'm after is :-
Runs so far in the season.
Days since last run.
The Form guide.
....... plus the obvious details like name of horse & number of runners.

Is there a website that freely delivers the information I'm looking for, for ALL of the days race meetings!!!??

Don't mind if it comes from more than one website providing I can pull all the information together using EXCEL's 'Import External Data'.

Racing Post is a 'Pay' service and Sporting Life only gives the basics i.e. age & weight (and then I can't find anything for the next days meetings .... well not yet [2011 Hrs]).

Just copy and paste the racecards that are free to access?

Hi FF,

Yup, that is available BUT it doesn't tell you the numbers of days since the 'nag' last ran!!! I'm assuming the Form Guides do!!!!
