strange ? - The Punters Lounge

Started doing it this week.

Iam using Opera browser, and PL has been playing up.

I will follow a link into a thread, but then will be left with no working Back button action ( mouse back button or back button in Opera will do nothing )

I can get back by clicking the forum link near the top of the page ok.

I haven't changed anything on this PC for months.

Anyone else using Opera have the same problem ?

I just wouldn't advise anyone to be using Opera to be honest.

Websites are still built for IE, as bad as it is.

Does this happen on other sites too Trilobite?

I normally use Firefox, but I just tried and I don't get that problem with Opera 9.27 on Windows XP.

I use FF as well and would recommend that.
The only thing I can think of is perhaps PL uses an incompatible version of Javascript for your version of Opera, but could be wrong.
Google search the problem.

Ive been using Opera for years n years on all sorts of forum software with no problems.

I cant EVER use IE again after all these years, it would just kill me to use that shite again

I noticed last night that sometimes i could navigate back and sometimes i couldn't, i wonder if the problem might be my connection, maybe i am not getting the whole page downloaded sometimes

See how i go today with it.

Working fine so far this morning.

I did do a full clean with Ccleaner before shutting down last night, maybe it was a .js file or cookie problem
