Importing excel file to the PL - The Punters Lounge

I'm in possession of an excel poker spreadsheet that may be of use to a couple players. How do i upload it onto the forum?

There's an option when you post (under the post test field) to manage attachments. I'm not sure which forums are enabled for attachments, and the limit is 100k or 200k ish (cue Datapunter with the answers)

I've tried on the poker forum but I'm told that i may not attach files

Is this just me or is it because of the forum settings?

I could e-mail the file to someone and let them take care of it if that's any easier.
