adding a microsoft word file...

ok, me again

How do I add a microsoft word file to a message - I've finally mastered the art of image shack but it does not support word files. I would cut and paste text and use image shack to post the pictures but they aren't coming out to good on paint shop pro 7.

Any ideas?

i can see the bit you mean but it says i'm not allowed to post attatchments and the additional options bit reads;
