Thanks for the tip mate! Sounds like a "certain", but as you can see from my previous bets i don't really want to rely on a goal to be scored,
you could never know that. I have had too many 1+ bets going down in flames

I much more like the situation where one team is dominating another and already is a couple of goals ahead,
or a tight match where a lot of goals is highly unlikely.

In other words, i don't want to put myself in the situation where something MUST happen.

Actually watching hockey final now between Canada and Russia, canadians looking strong, 4-2 is the score when half the match is left.
Maybe a bet later, we'll see.

Also i really want to be able to watch the match live on tv (or streaming), i get a much better feel for if it's a good bet or not.
The majority of my bets so far i have watched the matches live.

I also have Deportivo v Villareal coming up in a while

It's so easy to think that "There must be another goal, RM are destroying Levante".
But that is not the thinking that has brought me this far

Shame that you didn't play the next goal, seeing as there were 2 goals scored before the final whistle. Still guess that if you're unsure the best way is not to bet. If you do you end up kicking yourself if the bet goes wrong and you think about how you knew that you had doubts anyway. Sure you miss winners along the way but chances are you'll also miss losers too.

Well the game ended 5-2, so the "next goal" bet should have been a winner.
And for me, the bet that RM would score at all would have been a great pre-ko-bet.

But that kind of bet really does not fit into my strategy, as i mentioned before,
i don't want to rely on something that must happen, at least not when it comes to football (tennis or icehockey is different).

The worst bet in terms of deodorant expenses was the James Bond bet (# 007)
In that bet it was a must that CZ scored and as the followers of this thread recall it was a real sweat before the final whistle.

Have been thinking about the banking strategy.

I will deffo bank 500 if and when i get to 1500 as stated in post # 1, but from there i am not as certain,
maybe there are banking strategies that would be more optimal for this GH.

It's a matter of risk taking of course, but maybe some sort of progressive banking
would be the better choice here? I picture that it will be bloody nerv-wrecking when
i get that 1000 up to say 2700, and only have 500 banked away.

Any input would be much appreciated.

On the banking side of things, I think you would be wise to bank 500SEK when you get to it (you WILL get it!).

As for any further banking, I think in true GH style, you should go for it until you have a sizeable bank before banking any more, otherwise you may never reach the dizzy heights of a 'high-roller'!!

As for banking, I would actually bank half of it so I was in profit whatever, but its up to you. It all depends on your circumstances at the end of the day.
