After losing last week (you notice how backing against you're own team does you every time?), we need last week's £5, last week's £5 stake and this week's £5 won.

So we need to win £15 this week!

The value odds in my ratings is Man Utd @ 6/4 to beat Chelsea @ BET365.

£10 staked to try and get our £15.

So to cap off a miserable day, Man Utd are held to a 1-1 draw.

4 weeks gone & the promised £100 top-up is added to the bank.

Bank now £195.95.
Next bet sees us needing to get a return of £25 plus 5% of the £220 we are supposed to have in the bank (£11)

Total 'next target' is therefore £36.

Was tempted to go for Arsenal draw but the old 'being the away team' put me off - doh! wish I had now.

Just waiting for the right home team at the right price.
If anything pops out this week there's another £11 target to be added, making a target of £47 to win.

This hasn't gone quite to plan so I am taking a gamble today - if it comes off, then I shall review how selections are made, etc.

Week 8 and the target is now £47 + £63 lost plus £11 (last week ) plus £11 (this week) = £132.

Something around evens in a 'shit or bust' attempt.....

2.45 HEREFORD Parkinson - taken 5/4.

Entire £132.95 to return £299.14.
If it loses then game over.

Right, we need to kick this back into life. However, I want something around 5/1 whenever we play. Yes, the strike-rate will/shouldn't be as high but the previous attempt wasn't a roaring success at lower odds anyway.

5/1, with loss-chasing, would mean a 7-bet losing run costing us roughly £14.

Any 7-loss run and we'd start again. Adding the £100 top up every 4 weeks would still mean the target (5% of bank) going up.

Now to look at potential markets to try this on.
