Thanks again guys, can't believe Kamara has been left on the bench by WBA! Doesn't really help my cause!

Good luck.
In hindsight wish I'd traded off then... hindsight such a lovely thing, with it we could all go back and be millionaires!

I am going to start this again from today, determined to make the target and still fully believe that it can happen!

This time want to invite people to forward tips for the day with reasons. That way if I'm short for an idea I won't be clutching at straws and throwing my money away without thought.

Going again Djlion? I'm going to do something similar in the next few days if I've a bit of spare cash in my account. Want to do 3 lines at the one time though, so there'll be a €30 outlay from the start.

I am now that I've started to find form again! After some bigger losses I'm back making profits again so time to get going with this idea. Just keen to see if anyone wants to make any suggestions as when decent fixtures football aren't playing I'm a bit clueless...

Starting tonight.... playing 2 sets of bets to see if at least one can take me from £10 to £1,000 ... if the odds are over evens then any extra I will keep as bank. Ie if a bet is 3/1 and it comes off then it increases my non betting funds and gives me instant profit regardless of whether the other bets come off.

So starting with 2 x £10

Sevilla v Spurs - Over 2.5 goals @ 2.02 with Betfair

The last round of games played by the 2 sides yielded a total of 18 goals! On average over 4 per game and so showing both sides can score and concede goals. Sevilla may be distracted by all the talk of the festival and their own personal front in the league instead of Uefa Cup. Having won Uefa Cup before will motivation still be the same or is league now their priority? May make the game open giving Spurs chances to score. On the other hand Spurs are playing Chimbonda and Dawson at back and although good defenders this is a back 2 that doesn't usually play together at centre. I think Spurs will be liable to concede at least one too. May make the score 2-1 to the winner.

So £10 goes on the overs market for that game

As for the second one...

AK Alkmaar v Werder Bremen

AK Alkmaar AH (-0) @ 2.05

AK haven't lost at home in Europe in a LONG time. WB tend to be weaker away from home and so may be yielding of at least a draw. AK have a strong manager who is tactically astute and can get a result that he really needs. I think those odds are useful as they give good odds for the home win while still offering the push should Ak draw.

So £10 at that one too...

Cheers guys for the support

Sevilla v Spurs - O2.5 @ 2.02

As I said winner would win 2-1 in Sevilla game and they did.... too bad it was Sevilla and due in part to one of the most silly penalty decisions!
Anyhow that more or less doubled my money so far....

£10 on - Returned £19.69

AK v Werder Bremen - PUSH with the game being draw = £10

So far then.... one of my bets has started to earn while the other I've still to really get started with.

So for tonight's bets... as one stake is now higher than the other I will put the higher stake on something I feel more certain about.

£19.69 @ 1.74 U2.5 goals in Everton v Fulham - In last three home Everton games there have only been 5 goals. In last three away Fulham games there have only been 5 goals and Fulham have only scored one of those. I can see Everton keeping clean sheet but just in case of a goal for them I think this looks like a good value bet. However by taking the bet at these odds I will have to look for a better value bet tomorrow to be able to get back on track. Still I think it's more important to be winning than necessarily retaining my wanted profit margin, especially if I can still hit the £1000 in a week comfortably.

As for the other £10 well I think Charlton on AH (+0&+0.5) looks like being a good bet @ 2.15... not sure on commission based return but if Charlton win then I would double my money while the draw gives me some leigh way for a bad result.
