Ive had a lot of success with these threads in the past and Ive just been given a free £10 bet at Sportingbet ,so what a better way to go than a good old fashioned glory hunt !!!

I`ll just try to stick to stuff i can watch so at least i get a bit of interest out of it

Not betting for big bucks , just to have an interest in live stuff , so i wont be taking too many chances until i really fancy something. Remember EVERYTHING i back i see as a certainty , so i make my selection ,then i look at the odds and take whatever they are !!

Ive seen holland in every game ,and theyve looked good scoring goals on the counter against teams who have attacked them , Russia wont do that as they also like to play on the counter , so it will be very hard for either team to score early ,and the longer the game goes on ,it will become even more tight with no one wanting to make errors . Holland have also looked very shaky at the back ,and i could possibly see Russia scoring here , which would mean Holland need to 3 for me to lose .Obviously i could lose if Holland score then Russia chase an equaliser late on and get hit on the break , but Aal in all , getting a decent team with a 2 goal start in a qtr final is pretty good stuff imo .

Italy have showed no desire to get forward , theyre happy to let Spain have the ball 99% of the time and make it hard for them to break them down . Theyre terrified of opening up as they know Spain will rip them to shreads , the 4 italian midfielders are all middle of the park orientated and every time they get it they go into the middle instead of using the wings , reverting to type . Theres only 1 team going to score if any , and its not Italy , barring a penalty
