What?
The idea of the Virgin Poker Festival is to offer poker players of every bankroll the chance to play in a well organised, deep stacked live main event. Its a great tournament for players to play in their first live poker event and for more experienced players the first prize of over £8000 is sufficiently tempting! These weekends are a blast, played in a friendly spirit with an emphasis on having fun!

Virgin are able to guarantee:

€150 two day, deep stack main event.
£5,000 added to prize pool.
£1000 of value added bounties.
Bad beat prize of return flight to Vegas
Three added value, low stakes side events.
Wii Bowling, bar promos and heads up challenges

The Tournaments

We will be running 3 PL exclusive MTT's at Virgin, the buy in for each will be €15 + €1.50 and we will have 1 seat added for each tournament - the more entrants we get the more seat's we get.



Schedule

Tournament dates as follows....

Sunday 1st June
Saturday 7th June
Thursday 12th June

All tournaments will have an 8.30pm start and will have 2500 starting stacks.

All the games will be password protected, please vote in the poll above to receive the password.



Important.....

These exclusive seats are for established PL'ers, myself and the other Mods will be very strict when deciding who is eligible to play. We will take everything (post's/contribution/join date etc) into account when deciding.

The Virgin criteria for these Festival seats is a lot stricter, no player can win 2 seats. If any PL'er wins a seat and cannot attend then there will not be any issues in transferring the seat to another established PL'er

I think the point above is worth stressing. This is Virgin policy across the board for the qualifiers now. Whether they keep the seat or transfer it to a fellow forumite, no individual is able to win a second seat if they have won a first seat, under any circumstances (they get any buy in refunded and all prizes are bumped down a place). This policy has been introduced following the feedback received from players/qualifiers and my understanding/expectation is that it will be strictly enforced. If you already have a seat therefore, then you should not be playing in the PL qualifiers (or come to that any other qualifiers). For these reason, this series of games will not be focus games.

Not sure if anyone who has requested password has already qualified ?

If so remember you cannot win 2 seats, all that would happen is the prize would be "bumped" down.
