PL Exclusive League with PokerKings - July

The PL exclusive PokerKings league definitely continues on at the regular time/day in July with your best 3 scores from 5 legs counting this time.

First leg is at 8pm Wednesday 2nd July.

We are intending to have a bigger spread of prizes this month but are just waiting on confirmation before I can post up full details.

So if you are having a holiday in July and might miss a leg or two it will still be worth your while playing every leg that you can.

I'll be sending the password out tonight (or this morning) to everyone who has previously played in the monthly league and registration normally opens at 8am on the day of the tourney.

Anyone who has not previously played and who joined PL before 1st July is welcome to join us - please post in the thread to receive the password.

We are still waiting for confirmation back from PokerKings but this is our proposed structure of the league for July.

The Tournament
The Punters Lounge Value Added League with PokerKings continues on Wednesday nights in July.

The buy in is €2+20c with a deep structure of 2000 chips and 15 minute blinds. €25 will be added directly to the prize fund for each leg.

Schedule
There will be 5 legs in July:
Wednesday 2nd July 8pm
Wednesday 9th July 8pm
Wednesday 16th July 8pm
Wednesday 23rd July 8pm
Wednesday 30th July 8pm

Password
There is a new password for July which has been sent to all regular league players. Anyone else wishing to join in should post in the thread, but you must have been a PL member prior to 1st July.

Scoring
Scoring is based on finishing position, points being calculated with the usual Punters Lounge BPP formula. Your best 3 points totals over the month's games are totalled for your final score - the winner is the player with the highest points total. A wooden spoon may also be awarded to the player with the lowest points total who has also played a minimum of 3 games.

League Prizes
In addition to the €25 direct added value each leg, there are league prizes distributed manually after the final leg. These have been boosted for one month so we are paying out to 10th place as follows:

1st €150
2nd €100
3rd €75
4th €50
5th €25
6th €10
7th €10
8th €10
9th €10
10th €10

In addition, we will hold a €175 freeroll at the end of the month (provisional date Thursday 31st July) for everyone who has reached a final table in any of the 5 legs. (Maximum 50 runners, though duplications will reduce this.)

So even if you are at the spoon end of the table, or if you can only make one leg, there is still plenty to play for.
