What if those that got chucked out the first time win regain their seat by winning it this freeroll. Surely they'll just be kicked out again?

And the fact that those affected are now going to be joined in trying to win what was advertised as theirs, by people who weren't even eligable in the first place, makes it even more of a mockery.

Everest have made a total balls up of this.

I would not recommend anyone who was removed from the tournament to try to get back in via this route.

Any issues that were flagged up by their systems initially will doubtless be flagged up again. And it would hurt a lot more to have this prize taken away.

Everest's intention is for this to be a compensation for those that missed out altogether to apologise for their error. Not as compensation for those who were removed from the list.

It's not a 'new' freeroll as such. We're deliberately using the password from the May issue so it's not open to readers who didn't buy that mag. It's only open for registration 24 hours before.

The only difference is it is also open to existing account holders - as I imagine it would be too complex to host otherwise. In other words either it's open to existing customers also or it doesn't happen.

I have been told that as long as your account is not banned or frozen you should be fine.

There will still be the standard restrictions as stated below

Everest Poker - Terms of agreement for play
2.3 Individuals Only. Player must play as an individual. Each Player is only allowed to have one account. Any Player determined to be playing as part of a professional or coordinated syndicate, playing on multiple accounts, or in any way in collusion with another Player will be banned, all winnings will be void and all funds in Player's Account will be forfeited.
