Regarding your second point, I didn't know that but I consider it a totally acceptable reason for removing me from the IPWSOP promotion. You may consider this matter closed to my satisfaction.

Transferred $25 from Neteller into Everest on May 1st, then transferred it out again two days later after the Bonus code was cancelled.

My Neteller account is in £ so it converted as £13.01 out and only £12.36 came back.

Glad I didn't pay in a larger amount!

I used the website, I couldn't find any other means of trying to contact them.

I sent my stuff to them first thing yesterday. Still no response. They are without doubt the most unresponsive support I have ever come across. How on earth they think they deserve to have anyone chosing to play at their poker room is beyond me.
