Heads up - The Punters Lounge

can someone either give me some tips or point me in the direction of something on the web that will help me with heads up poker.

I keep getting to last two in a tourney and get taken to cleaners on heads up every time. my stack gets whittled away by blinds and when i do get a big hand, opponent always folds so i only get his blind
