Collared Tshirts - One for Paul Ross / GAF

Guys

I know you produced some normal tshirts a little while away with punterslounge on them, I think it was one of the race days, but any thoughts on some collared ones, with a subtle punters lounge logo perhaps on the breast or collar.

I think it would quite smart for those places that you have to be smart-casual to enter to play and obviously not just limited for poker places - could wear for golf for example, but it would be quite cool when playing at a live event to be wearing a forum shirt, aswell as advertising the lounge to non members its a good spot for other members who might only know you as a username.

I got some sorted for a golf event several years and it wasnt tha expensive, and I would gladly pay for one if you had some - providing of course it was a sensible colour - black, navy, white etc i.e not bright green.

Any thoughts ?

I think its a good idea,personally i live in polo shirts and a couple of PL ones would be great and i would happily pay for them.

I thought of this recently but then got carried away thinking that you could persoanlise each one with their PL/Poker names e.g. mine might have a pegasus or wolf on it.

Then I realised it was getting far too complex (and probably expensive) so pushed it to the back of my mind until I saw this thread.

It would certainly help people who attend a PL event for the first time (admittedly I have not yet done so - no baby sitters locally).

I like this idea and would certainly be happy to pay for one or, look to source them so that the burden does not fall completely on the Moderators.

yep, I did enquire about stuff like this a while back because a small promo/workwear business was set up very near to where I live. But I sent some details and after a few reminders I never heard a thing from them

Maybe now that it`s been suggested, it could be a good idea to collectively come up with a basic design etc and come up with some "team colours" so to speak. So that when there is a get together or if some members make a live event for instance, they`ll all be in similar "team" colours.

to be honest, I wasnt even thinking as detailed has having usernames on, just a basic top with the logo on, but if it can be done easily then I'm up for that

if there are guys on here who are in that line of work then thats great, if not then I'm happy to help looks for quotes etc

I passed all the info to Paul but had forgotton about them. Bit on the dear side, nice shirts but if I remember they wanted about £15 each with the lettering. I was hoping they would be about £8 each all in But then I'm always after a bargin.

Maybe the best thing to do is to look into it individually, and report back here with their prices, and opinions regarding quality.

Then whichever seems most popular/competitive we'll go for.

As regards colours - why not the two blues of PL?


Or use the PL logo, but choose your own colours?
(as long as its not red and white stripes... sorry blade :P)

More than happy to go along with this, got quite a bit on my plate at the moment, so would appreciate it if we could use this thread as info/costs etc... and PL will certainly put something into the pot towards costs.
