Start of innings. 1pt BUY Redmond runs @ 28 not sure about this! But it's a pretty low shout on what looks like decent batting conditions and a bloke who has made runs on tour, if not in tests.

England going well and could even force an innings victory tomorrow. Either way I don't think they'll get enough for Strauss to hit the 45 I need him too. I'm just hoping Sidebottom gets the one more wicket I need him to get. Can't see NZ making 290. 10pts NZ 2nd Inns Runs - Under 290.5 5/6 Bet365 New Zealand closed day 3 on 177/5, still 64 behind England. Realistically the last two for New Zealand are sitting ducks so they won't be adding many which means if New Zealand are to go past 290 runs then Hopkins and Oram who are at the crease and then Vettori and Mills will have to do the scoring. Vettori and Mills looked at sea against the swinging ball in the 1st innings and Oram looks almost scared when he's at the crease and he could be a cheap wicket for England. That leaves Gareth Hopkins and while he looks very good technically, he can't score 100+ on his own. England are bowling well and if things don't go to plan to begin with and NZ build a partnership, England get a new ball in 20 overs time which should cause some damage. However long it takes, I'm confident England will bowl the Kiwis out for less than 291.

Good spot, Kev. Easy way to hoover up profit. Had 'morning of the fourth day' at 13s so happy here. Had Broad series runs which went well but had Redmond series runs which did not.

Cheers Pie. That under gave me a +1.33pt profit for the test which was unfortunate that we didn't bat twice but that's test cricket for you. Sidebottom's spell in the 2nd innings brought his series wickets in so I picked up +9.33 this week which means I've finished -4.97 for the series which was basically down to a horrendous OT test match. Hopefully the ODI series will be kinder to me. Good stuff in this thread and well done to everyone who made a profit ![]() .
