Only the following need to be interested in this thread - see the August Cup details for the reasons why! Ensure you read it all so you know exactly where you stand!

Play-Off for 13th/14th Position (winner will play BillyHills in First Round proper, loser will play DeepBlueDevilFish)

THE QUALIFYING RACE FOR THIS PLAY-OFF, AS CHOSEN BY MYSELF (taking into account the fact I want this sorted before I leave for work at 2.45pm) IS AS FOLLOWS:

CHEPSTOW - 2.20PM
COCA-COLA HANDICAP (CLASS F)
19 RUNNERS

INSTRUCTIONS:
You must nominate THREE SELECTIONS. You will gain points according to the FINISHING POSITION, regardless of Starting Price. If all 19 run, then 19 points to the winner, down to 1 point for last place. If there are non-runners, then it will start at 18, 17, 16 etc. points down to 1 point for last.

The entrants will be listed by the number of points accrued, within the two play-offs listed above. If, after this play-off, any results are still tied, where they affect qualifying criteria, then the qualifying positions will be determined by the drawing of lots.

No reserves are permitted. If your selection is a non-runner, tough!

Selections must be entered in THIS THREAD ONLY and be online by 1400hrs precisely. Anything even one minute later than this will not be counted. The timing for this will be the post time as displayed with your message.

Selections and points accrued WILL NOT COUNT towards your Divisional Total.

In the event I cannot obtain the full race result by the time I leave for work, this matter will be fully resolved, and the details posted, on Friday afternoon (which is the day of the first round ties). The same applies should the drawing of lots be required.

Any questions or queries should be entered in this thread and I will endeavour to answer them as soon as possible.

Early indications are that Ian Curtis will almost certainly beat Seen2001 in the 13th/14th Position Play-Off whereas the final qualifying place play off is wide open.
