3.25 Wetherby: WINDS SUPREME

Ferdy Murphy who continues to throw out winners like confetti has just this 1 runner today.
Narrowly beaten off this mark three outings ago and out of sorts since. 2 miles seems to be its best trip having a 75% win ratio at this distance. Angela Barnes (who's father used to train this horse) can give it good ride as she has won on this horse on its last run for her father before being sold to Ferdy Murphy,and she should be there or thereabouts.

Reasoning	After been beaten in a couple of AW claimers in recent weeks the horse changed stables so we may say "bit to prove". But he won off 81 on the flat last summer and showed enough over hurdles in the two races last autumn when ground wasn't in favour. Good to firm today, which will help this one. Could beat the fav.

Reasoning	Not alot that looks to have a chance with a 1/3 favorite set to run. This one has its better efforts on faster ground and all races on Sofy or Heavy turned out for nothing at the end. The ground today should suit and even better if able to reproduce last time out's performance. Form with ground having "Good" 13.6.3.6.4. Form with ground being Soft or Heavy 11.9.11.11.

This horse is a miler on the flat and a 2 and a half miler hurdler should have the ability to stay at least 12 furlongs on the flat. One to keep an eye on in low grade races on sharp tracks over 2 miles during the summer.
