20 runners for this 2m4f hurdle, Class 4. Some big prices available here and I'm going EW on:
English City (16/1 Betfred) - Trainer brings this horse a long way from Scotland and has secured the services of a good jockey today. Has suffered at the hands of the handicapper but steadily eased and ran very well when stepped up to this trip lto in a better class race at Wetherby. A repeat of that effort over the same trip off the same mark will see this horse make its presence felt. Super EW odds with 4 places paid and I'd hope to see this horse in the shake up.

A mate of mine owns a share in Important Business (3.50 Uttoxeter). It's going well at home, is fit and stable are confident it will win first time up. Available at around 9/2, could be EW bet to nothing.

Newton Bridge - 10 pts win
May just be the best horse at this event.
Won at Cheltenham yesterday and not another can claim that feat here.
There are two opponents that won their last race with one of them being out for 452 days.
It's really been in a form to not oppose (1.3.1.1.1) since being a faller in May.
It can win over hurdles or fences and the performance yesterday really has this the one to beat.

Finally won on the 6th try over hurdles for the current stable last month.
It took a change of tactics to win and that may be key to more victories.
The trainer (Carll Llewellyn) has a good record when pairing with Noel Fehily.
The duo has a mark of 4 wins from 17 hurdlers for a profit of 23.50 at LSP.
They are horrible when chasing - 1 win from 12 tries.
Tayman is the only hurdler for the Llewelly/Fehily combo today.

Nougat de L'Isle made too many crashing errors.....the worst being a couple of fences out, just as it looked like it might go on at the front .......3rd @ 8/1 though for e/w backers.
