I was asked on a couple of occasions into how i pick out the right one's to bet on, well now i will give reasoning into why the three for saturday are in play.

BEYOND DESIRE

At present i cannot even think about backing anything that Mick Channon sends out. he has Fly Silca Fly in this and with the heavens opening over the last two days i feel the ground has gone against the Hawk Wing Filly.

This could leave it open for the Michael Jarvis Invincible Spirit new comer in Beyond Desire.The sire was a winner at Group 1 and 3 level and looked to do most of his best work with give in the ground,the sire only ran over the minimal trip once in his career when finishing fifth in the Group 2 Temple Stakes and i feel would of won when hampered in running.The Dam has got soft ground pedigree winning twice on good to soft ground in her 2 year old days.

The selection could have the measure of these on her debut.

LADY RANGALI

The Danehill Dancer Filly could be very well handicapped in this. She has shown in the past as a 2 year old to like serious cut in the ground when she won at York in a Class 3 Nursery over the sprint trip, she went on to last year when recording two good efforts on good to soft ground at Doncaster and Carlisle. The sire was a double Group 1 winner and Group 3 and ran well with cut in the ground.The Dam Promising Lady only won once in her career and that came on soft ground,so the selection should not have any problems with the conditions and the step up in trip should also be with in her grasp with both the sire and dam having won at 8f and 9f+.

LOST IN THE DESERT

Probably the least exposed in this along with Sir Mark Prescott colt Speed Dating. Marco Botti's three year old missed his two year old runs and only hit the race course at three when he finished ninth on his debut at Nottingham and then on his second run finished an improving fourth to Captain Ellis over course and distance at the beginning of the month. Gets the claiming Andrea Atzeni on board again and he finished behind higher rated horse's that day over CD and could be one to improve again.Being by Nayef who has a pedigree of good runs on good to soft ground was a prolific Group winner over further than todays trip and i cannot see why he cannot achieve a win at this level if not today but in the near future, but does look well marked on his handicap debut run this evening.

I would like to thank everyone on here, but i am cutting and running on this thread. i just feel the weather will never help the trends. This was just an experiment and it has payed hansomely with a one off lucky 31 up. i am not going to ride my luck with this and have already cashed in..

I will be back in a couple of weeks with a complete different trend - If i could ask admin if this can be locked as i will not be returning to this trend.
