4 from 9 in here today, after a great start with the first 4 tips all giving a return. Winners for BillyHills with Pocket Aces at 8/13, WoodyTHFC with Temlett at 2/1, Yankee Storm for Jackg99 at 8/11 and a 5/1 3rd EW for Tedthewolf with Mr Chocolate Drop.

All 3 bets in here coming from RussP (2/3) and a nice profit made today. One winner in Karmest at 7/1, one placed in Baan at 4/1 and one unplaced. Level EW stakes on all 3 would have doubled your money.

Naas (3/8)
Bowles (2/4) was the big winner in here today with Temlett at 2/1 and Our Bob at 10/3 providing 2 winners for him, giving an almost 100% yield. WoodyTHFC (1/3) also broke even with 2/1 winner Temlett.

Billyhills keeps up his recent good form with Edgeover at 4/6 in the last at Ludlow, TheRat weighed in with Treasulier @ 15/8 @ Taunton & Rainbow completed the successes with a lay on Grand Palace at Southwell. The others included a couple fo places but also some favs beaten as well.

Bowles (1/2) selected 2 horses in same race using his ratings & Something Wells duly obliged at odds of 2/1. The Rat (2/2) did the business with Teausulier @ 15/8 & also he was on Something wells (2/1) so a decent return of over 7.5/1 for the double. Carls 2 selections didnt place although Caoba was 4th in the end.

No luck in this thread with Bowles applying his ratings to 1 race & backing 3 selections (2 ew) with a 10 point stake. Secret Machines put in a double on Ingratitude & Merlins Magic however with no reasoning behind the selections, we dont know why they were selected (neither won).

Perhaps one of our busiest days yet & there was some great tipping. The winners flowed with BillyHills getting the stewards vote to land the odds @ 15/2, DarrenRhys landed his bet with Gardasee winning at 3/1, there were also a number of lays put up today & 2 of the 4 got beat giving a profit for both Rainbow & Tedthewolf. There was also a return EW for Bigs with Bormo EW @ 11/2. Kevsulintroduced his own style by tipping up a distance bet, which are most wlecome in the future. Unfortunately this one lost!

Following a profitable day yesterday, just 3 from 12 today, with the ever impressive BillyHills following up his big winner yesterday with Sharp Reply winning at 3/1 (although available at much bigger, around the 7/1 mark at EP). The other 2 winners were successful lays for Jackg99 with Seductive Witch and Secretmachines with Woodcraft.

A profit in here today, albeit a small one. 4 from 11, giving a 36% strike rate, and Rainbow has a super 7/2 winner with Her Name Is Rio, followed by a 6/4 winner for Bowles10 with Diriculous. Both Secretmachines and TheRat were on EW shot Heart Springs, finishing 3rd at 14/1. A couple of EW 4ths and win 2nds makes this thread unlucky today, could have been an excellent day.

Bowles has a great day, Petitfour being his big winner at a massive 12/1 turning over odds on shot. Was then unlucky with another big priced animal, finishing 4th at 28/1. Also had 10/11 winner Missis Potts, and 2nd placed 4/1 shot Battlecry in the same race for a small forecast, from his successful ratings. TheRat gets in on the act with a 3rd placed 12/1 shot advised EW in Heart Springs, and Secretmachines has Norseman Cateline for an EW return, albeit 2nd at 7/2. Carl had his picks turned over today including a 4/7 shot, after firing in the winners recently.

Southwell
Just the 2 bets in here today with cc75's pick unplaced, but the thread was a profitable one thanks to Bowles picking 6/4 winner Diriculous, also napped.

7 from 14 today, so 50% strike rate, however a small loss. 3 winners for Secretmachines who went EW on 4/1 Bywell Beau, Bowles10 who makes it 2 from 2 with 6/4 The Polomoche and Jackg99 on odds on winner Fresh Mint at 4/6. 4 EW's landed with TheRat and Bigs both on Mohayer at 10/3 (another available at much bigger odds earlier), Tedthewolf with 2nd placed 13/2 shot The Ring and Kibitzer 2nd at 8/1 for Verisimilitude.

Another winner for Bowles and his ratings, with Corlande obliging at 5/2 as his main bet from 3. Bywell Beau proved a popular 4/1 winner in here with cc75 and Secretmachines having it as their only bet, whilst WoodyTHFC also was on it and it was his 1 winner from 3 selections. TheRat, opposing Bywell Beau, had 100/30 3rd Mohayer, although the horse was available at much bigger odds earlier on.

Best Bet of the Day
One of the best days so far in this competition with a very healthy profit and a decent strike rate to boot. 8 from 17 today, with decent priced EW winners for Rainbow with 8/1 shot Carruthers and RussP with 5/1 winner Ballyshan. Both of these were availabe a few points higher earlier on. TheRat had 7/4 winner of the Lanzarote in Nycetos, as did newcomer Ironstoney, whilst Mileni4uk had Verasi as his winner, also at 7/4. 3 successful lays rounded off the day with jcosgrove and Peteg40 laying Souffleur and Falbrav on Prince De Bersy.

Nothing from 1 bet with Qadar finishing 2L 3rd at 7/2 for Bowles.

Warwick
Plenty of posts in here but a bad start with bugsbunney unlucky with 2 2nds from 4 selections. It got better though with Carl (2/3) tipping up a massive priced EW in Philson Run, finishing 2nd at an early advised 25/1. Bowles and RussP both went against Carl in the big race, but their bet on High Chimes went adrift, as did Tedthewolf's 2 big priced selections in the same race. La Roz had no luck either from his 3 bets, similar comments applying to TheRat from his 3 and The Sand King from his 1. Bowles however did get into the winners enclosure finding Letalus at 11/2 from 3 picks using his ratings, which are proving successful. Carl, too, had another return with Verasi winning at 7/4, a bet also successful for Cavelloman (1 from 3 with his other 2 not troubling the judge) and WoodyTHFC, who was 2 from 6, also having EW on Philson Run.

Kempton
With very soft ground, Bowles decided to cover all proven soft ground horses, and covered 14 runners in 5 races, and to his credit, made a super profit with 4 winners and 3 seconds. The winners being Dancers Serenade at 7/2, Zanir at 4.9/1, Rodrigo Gonzales at 6.0/1 and Shardakhan at 14.5/1. Brilliant tipping there. Carl (1/1) and TheRat (1/2) had Nycteos in the Lanzarote at a superb early 3/1, winning well in the end. Others to post without success were Cavelloman, Tedthewolf and AK1979.

Puntyboy opened the thread with 5 EW bets, all of which finished unplaced but some hard luck stories. He also put up 3 more based on trainer form but again no luck today. WoodyTHFC, with 6 bets, had 2 returns. 2 EW bets both placing, Fingeronthepulse at 8/1 and Jayo at 20/1. Mowgli was also out of luck with his 3 picks at decent EW prices. jcosgrove backed 3 in the big race, and was rewarded with Silver Jaro finishing 3rd at EW price 14/1. Bowles had 2 selections, one unpl and one 2nd at 9/1 in King Johns Castle, but he did also find the winner of the big hurdle race in his trends thread at 14/1.
