Anyway to their credit they have given me a free bet to the value of that staked. ie I only get any winnings from it not my money refunded, but fair play to Bet365 - in the circumstances that's a fair compromise and one I'm happy with - well done to them and they'll continue have the bulk of my business.  (unlike crappy Hills who could learn a few things from this kind of service) |
