Quick update on this is that i'm not the only one to have received such emails today.
Seems the casino got crushed from bonus players and is looking for excuses not to pay.
Called them tonight but as not their ops dept wouldn't discuss anything with me and said I had to wait for an emailed reply to the response I had already sent.
If the result is still unsatisfactory I am advised to threaten them with casinomeister and gibraltar who host their software and regulate the business. Should hopefully make them sit up and take notice but as always i'll update. |
