They should, because when they wake up and switch on their 360's, Live goes all weird. Now nearly 3 weeks on, and it's happening yet again. Each and every single American should have a limit of about an hour to play on Live, then booted off for the night to make way for us all important Brits. Only then, there will not be too many Americans on to confuse the fragile and presently weak Live servers.
Of course, all of the text above is nonsense - t'was only a joke. However, in all seriousness though, if Microsoft can charge us silly amounts for downloading simplistic games that are not even bigger than a 20 min standard def video, then they should be prepared to spend silly amounts in order to get the servers fully operational ASAP when they begin to suffer problems.
I'm sorry Microsoft, but touching on almost 3 weeks of complete unreliability of your service, this is now pushing subscribers patience to breaking point, seriously. If this continues up until the month mark, then a free arcade game won't cut it imo - I think a free month should be in order. I tell you what, you have no excuses if the same happens over xmas 2008 and the beginning of 2009.....
