Other complaints:
No crash mode.
Switches out of 1st person all the time.
Stoplight game start works intermittently at best.
Letterbox for standard definition.
Text too small.
Icons on the map too small, not even usable.
The slow-mo crash scenes are too long. This used to be somewhat controllable with impact time/aftertouch. Now it’s just drawn out eye candy without purpose, or a way to skip it.
The inability to hit sameway traffic ruined the PSP games too.

Let me address you with the utmost respect....
You are delusion, childish, and smug.
Burnout was first released without traffic checking and the return to form allows the game to be more intense and more exciting. There is a larger risk associated with racing. I find this fun and I believe a lot of people are enjoying the more hardcore rules better than the easier gameplay. Enthusiast press has been giving Burnout great nods and so has the community.
You need to get your panties out a wad and grow some balls.
BTW your other comments:
Crash Mode still exists its called showtime.
Concerning your visual problems,
A) your plaing on standard TV... funny, buy something nice for christmas and stop playing with your grandma's 80s tv set
B) The text is small because your tv set is crap
C) Icons are small because your tv set is crap
D) The eye candy is there, but you can drive away from most of the crashes and they look amazing in HD... Wait you dont have that do you because your tv is crap 
Oh and Dominator got a 90 from Gamepro and a 85 from IGN.
