May be worth considering a flat horse for the AW, might be cheaper to run TBH.
£5k wont get you much these days. My old man paid £24k for his horse, it ran 8 times then got injured & thats the end of it.

Will do some research tonight and see what I can find, think the cost of buying the horse is the big thing, I dont know if anyone would be willing to pay the money and then wait for the yearly payments to cover the costs. Will have a look though, it doesnt even need to be a 2 year old, you can buy horses out of sellers for about 6/7 grand. I thnk that Methaaly went for around that and he is a decent animal. I will try to get an RP tomorrow and have a look in there too.
Anyone else know anything more about the actual costings, anyone been there and done it. If so what do you think of the idea, bearing in mind the cost will be spread.
I think the cost may depend hugely on the trainer, for example one of the top trainers like NTD/Kevin Ryan would cost more than some of the up and coming trainers e.g. Peter Grayson and the like.
