i think it was just felt as though it was throwing money away down the drain ??

we would need probably a minimum of £100 a week for fees, thats £5200 a year to train the beast. On top of that are vets fees, entrance fees, transport & jockey fees.

If it runs say 10 times a year, then lets say £250 a time, thats another £2500.

£7.7k for 1 year! £20 a month subs would be £240 per member, we would only need 32 people to join it.

We also need to buy it, so thats another £5k say

£12.7k @ £240 per member = 52 people (not too bad!) or £10 a month for 104 people which may be even more appealing to the masses.
